Energetic Impact
Testing System |

Energetic Impact Testing System is
the underlying strengths of all our products. This testing
system includes three testing instruments which were developed
by our company according to the Inrush current tester of UL
Laboratory ; the products can be tested precisely under computer
controlled by the adjustment of electric current ; voltage
;impact time and relax time |

A. Energetic
Impact Life Tester: |
|
Component can be tested till the
body is damaged in the short time (normally within 24 hours)
compared with traditional Life Tester (normally within 1000
hours), We can check the manufacturing process and the component
quality in a short period ; so our technical knowledge and
experience can steadily accumulate |

B. Automatic
Inrush Current Tester: |
|
To ensure product quality all our
component must be inspected by the automatic inrush current
tester and check products quality compared with traditional
Tester (normally random inspection by AQL (200pcs/20000pcs)

C. InRush Current
Tester: |
|
Component can be inspected again in
Quality Assurance Department by inrush current tester which is
precisely computer-controlled ,and ensure the inrush pulse phase
is correct compared with traditional tester (randomly impulse
phase ),so we can check the component quality precisely. |
